Nourishing Morning Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cups cricket powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour batter onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for 1-2 more minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
