Nourishing Morning Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour

  • 1 3/4 cups milk

  • 1/4 cup butter melted

  • 1/4 cups cricket powder

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and melted butter.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  5. Pour batter onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for 1-2 more minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
